Items purchased online at ajaron.com or by phone may be exchanged or returned up to 10 days after the date of original purchase if accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip in their original packaging and have never been worn.

Credit or charge card purchases will be refunded by a credit to the cardholder’s account for the amount originally charged. Refund or store credit will only be given after management confirms that the returned merchandise is A JARON merchandise and is in its original condition with no wear or tear. Customers desiring a refund or credit are required to provide original receipts and original GIA certifications if provided with purchase.

Please note, upon receiving your return the item will be reviewed by our quality assurance department. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized (by a jeweler other than A JARON) or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without an A JARON return code or improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

• We will provide you with all information and supplies needed to safely return your item. A JARON will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged if not sent through a secure A JARON shipping method.
